100% metal-free
The CPC ChemQuik CQV06 series is a fitting made from virgin PVDF. It is 100% metal-free and features automatic shut-off valves on both sides of the fitting. Additionally, it has a rotary mechanism that provides a click sound to indicate a secure connection. It is ideal for preventing metal leaching. It is suitable for handling high-purity chemicals, highly corrosive chemicals, pure water, and certain photoresists, and does not use oil/lubricants on the O-rings. There is also a large non-spill type CQG series available. Please search for 'CQG' within Ipros. The internal spring is made of PEEK, and the O-ring is made of Chemraz (Perfluoro). Options for Hastelloy springs and Teflon-coated stainless steel springs are also available.
